Hey dumbass's...You want to be "paid good" go get another job. Now you want to talk about being paid FAIRLY, then you have a bargaining chip...but you MUST word things CORRECTLY. Big problem. If one can't convey themselves correctly, how in the hell can one expect to be paid accordingly?
