Im already with you brother! Ive been out of the business for 2 years ( aerial construction) because of pay decreases and doing line items for free that use to pay good ( banding metal poles anyone?).
If they arent going to pay me good for good work, then let the hacks and rookies screw up their system for them!!!!
I use to love this business, live and breathe it, but ive been screwed and backstabbed so many times by the powers that be that ive grown to loathe it.
