Do not take this the wrong way but it almost sounds like if you pay God off you get kickbacks. Or that God is extorting you. If you don't give money bad things happen, if you pay up good things happen.
I know if I said man my house burned down and my business was really slow, but ever since I started giving Big Tony 10% of my money every Sunday my house is better than before and my business has never been better.
People would be calling that extortion.
Why would god need money? I know why the church need money because they are more a business but why would god need money and what would he do with it?
