Further, through the course of the lawsuit, I got the contract between UCS and Cox Communications. It stated that the contract could not be assigned without the express written consent of Cox. Moton could not produce that and Tom testified that Cox had no idea who he was. That was the reason that every thing had UCS on it. As a person and a worker, I deserved to be paid. I understand that multiple people on these jobs never got paid. But I did something about it. You can't tell me that with all the people complaining on here and to Cox Communications, that UCS had no idea as to what was going on.
