yes i too believe it is impossible to get a charge back also. Here we only get $15 for a service call and tech repairs r conisidered SC. So if u get a tech repair within 60 days they send another tech out to fix it and they take the $15 bucks out of ur check and put the $15 in the other techs check. We have the oppurtunity to fill out paper work if it wasnt our fault and get our money back. But noone calls u when they get a tech repair on u to tell u if it was faulty equipment or what. Im the only tech u calls the other tech and lets them know when it wasnt there fault so they can get there money back if it wasnt there fault.
