Keep this in mind that when you find another gig and tell the boss you are leaving he will smile and say good luck, I hope it works out for you, but he is really smiling and saying thanks for the $1000.00 gift and don't use US for a work reference, because I will give you a bad reference, and If you have any outstanding checks due to you they will become chargbacks will be divided up with the management for their bonus
