what is your guys bitches with phone lines.. its simple really.. if there phone service.. hook it up.. perfect time to offload a wireless jack or two... if no home phone.. hd? dvr? hook it up to the e-net.. providing they have it.. another perfect time to offload a wireless e-net .. if none of the above.. HAVE THE CUSTOMER SIGN OFF IN BIG PRINT THAT THERE IS NO PHONE LINE.. i havent had a nrb chargeback in years.... and i have worked for retailers and fulfillment companies .. and one of which is the poster of the above post when i was in North Carolina.
