OK, So its death to the 1099 contractor? And just how do you think us company owner operators are paid -paycheck? If they do away with the ability to 1099 then what, I have to work for each of my customers as a short term employee? Come on, this industry was and is built by contract companies. Find a good company to contract from, start your own, or go in-house, it all depends on your initiative. You reap what you sow is the saying here.
