Job Description
Large company seeks qualified, licensed, and insured subcontractors for a large-scale fiber optic deployment project in the state of Arizona.?This is an opportunity for experienced crews, capable of large-scale production with quality. Experienced drilling crew with 2 years of experience. Equipment to perform the work is mandatory.
Pay: USD 7,50 per feet.
Corp-to-Corp (C2C) Contract: Position under a corporation-to-corporation (C2C) contract, meaning the professional will operate through their own company.
Hold Cap & Release: To protect project integrity, a 10% payment hold is capped at $50,000. Once capped, you'll receive 100% of all further payments. The entire hold is returned within 30 days of successful project completion.
Independent Contractor: The contractor will be responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other business expenses.
Duration and Schedule: Varies based on project needs. Flexible schedule, but the contractor must meet agreed-upon deadlines and schedules with the client.
To be considered, your company must provide:
Valid Arizona ROC License (or ability to obtain one) compatible with the type of work.
List of equipment specific to the proposal's scope (e.g., drill rigs — specify size/capacity —, splicing vans, trenchers).
Resumes and credentials of key personnel (e.g., drilling and splicing certifications).
Minimum of 3 references from similar projects.
Safety manual and EMR (Experience Modification Rate) index.
All crew members must possess approved background checks.
Strict adherence to company and client safety standards (OSHA 10/30 mandatory).
Preference for using designated project management software for daily reports, time, and material tracking.
Ability to meet production and quality targets.
All work must pass quality control inspections (QC/QA).
