Qualifications
HFC plant experience, Ability to operate a bucket truck, ability to work off of a ladder. Coax splicing. amplifier, passive replacement and rough balance. Not 100% proficient Coax splicing? Not a problem, we will provide training to build your skills.. This is primarily an active swap out project so coax splicing experience is not required but a plus.
Other Requirements
Valid drivers license and ability to pass drug and background testing.
Job Description
Bring your HFC plant upgrade and/or Coax splicing expertise to St. Louis. We are upgrading the HFC plant to High-split technology.
Approximately 3,400 nodes, 95,000 actives and 42,000 passives will need to be re-spliced or swapped out. This primarily involves swapping modules in existing amp and line extenders with some light passive splicing. This project enables technicians to move quickly through the upgrade process enhancing the ability for each tech to make significant money,
This is an 18 -24 month project with potential to expand to other markets.
-Excepting sub-contractor partners and offering excellent rates
-Excepting independent contractors with tools and truck
-Excepting experienced HFC upgrade technicians and splicers
