Pay
Pay is determined by production, experience, skill set and interview evaluation. Generally, Drill Operators and Locators earn between $55,000 and $75,000 annually. Fibore offers medical, dental, life and earned personal time off benefit package.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years’ drilling on JT20 or similar
2. Basic understanding of locating equipment (Subsite TDK or similar)
3. 3 years’ experience operating Underground Crew equipment including mini excavator, mixing system, vacuum excavation equipment, hydraulic reel trailer, hand digging tools, restoration equipment, etc.
4. Full competence in reading and interpreting design prints
5. Competence in documentation of work (map redlines)
6. Job walkout process
7. Photo Documentation as Required

Job Description
UG crew is responsible for providing the placement of HH's, duct, pull string or cable/fiber, potholing excavation, safe operation of drill and associated machinery and tools, general maintenance and basic break/fix on machines and tools, documentation of work performed and meeting minimum production goals and deadlines. Support labor is welcome if available or will be provided.
