Wise Connect, Inc. is seeking Civil Crew Foremen in Kansas City, KS
Successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and enjoy being part of a team in a fast paced environment. AIS is looking For Self-Motivated Safety-Conscious individuals. Candidates must be willing to travel and have the following qualifications:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Oversee and ensure that all safety rules are being followed at all sites all times
· Able to operate heavy equipment
· Coordinate daily tasks, according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery and personnel
· Ability to delegate responsibilities and individual projects to the crew and contractors
· Brief crew members about how daily operations will be carried out
· Ensure that all machinery and tools are available to the crew and everything is in proper order and state of maintenance
· Perform inspections to ensure that the crew’s performance is up to standards
· Recruit, hire, mentor, manage and train employees and contractors
· Develop and oversee quality standards on all sites
· Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen on site quickly and amicably
· Report daily project status to management
· Attends Operational meetings as scheduled
· Enforces all company safety policies and procedures and OSHA compliance
· Handle on-site incidents and emergencies in a proactive manner
