Job Description
(a) Complete construction ride outs to identify permitting requirements, construction hurdles and make ready issues.
(b) Verify designs are in accordance with clients Specifications and Standards.
(c) Ensure timeline and production forecasts are aligned with project objectives. Confirm construction vendor’s resources have been strategically and appropriately deployed.
(d) Verify as-builts and any changes to the Design Package are documented in the vendor’s Close Out Package.
(e) Create & update reports to enhance analysis of construction activity and deliverables
(f) Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist with developing corrective actions.
(g) Conduct final walkout, identify non-conforming items and publish as project punch list. Monitor and report on vendor’s resolutions to failed items.
(h) Monitor, verify and report on contractor progress including completed footages, vaults, restoration, etc. using defined systems, tools and software
(i) Review vendor submitted closeout documents for accuracy and compliance with Specifications and Standards.
