Job Description

We are looking for several utility locators throughout Arizona, Indiana, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

If you are the principle of a contract company interested in utility locates, we may have work for you.

Locators will need to:
• be responsible for the correct, safe and efficient locating of underground utilities
• be adept at thoroughly searching for underground utilities in a designated area, properly marking the location, completing the necessary paperwork and photographing each locate
• be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather conditions and using a company provided laptop and/or tablet to document services.
• be experienced at working directly with customers and resolving problems in a professional manner
• be enthusiastic, self-motivated, safety conscious, and independent
• Be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather and work overtime as required.

Contract Company expectations:
• Provide all necessary tools, materials, and vehicles.
• Provide systems support and field support to deliver quality product.
• Show proof of industry standard insurance and coverage.

Training assistance available upon request.

Basic Expectations for an individual locator:
• A Valid driver's license;
• Working experience of underground construction and fiber builds;
• All individual locators must pass a background check and 5 panel drug screen
