Qualifications
? Aerial fiber construction experience and bucket truck experience required
? Must have knowledge in fiber optic construction prints & designs
? Experience in climbing and utilizing safety equipment, harness, gloves, blankets
? Must have working knowledge & experience of all types of aerial equipment:bucket truck, fiber trailer, aerial hardware & framing
? Preferred: Experience in ADSS/Power Safety

? Valid Driver's License is required

Duties and Responsibilities
? Managing & motivating a crew consisting of 2-3 groundmen/flaggers
? Managing paperwork & creating accurate redlines of construction
? Lead all aerial construction for that crew and goal tracking and guidance of crew members
? Work with Construction Manager to achieve goals and construction efforts
? Applicants must submit to a Driver’s License review & criminal background check
