Qualifications
Skills / Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience as the Underground Construction Supervisor. Knowledge of reading and interpreting AT&T design prints. Extensive knowledge with AT&T maps a bidding processes. Previous exp. with rock drilling and high risk areas. Knowledge of ACAS - Advanced Contract Administration System.
Other Requirements
Class A CDL preferable but not required

Coordinate with customer in understanding the scope of work of each assignment; obtain and interpret plat maps for each assignment; complete bill of materials (BOM) needed for planned construction.
Monitor both in-house and contractor performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions of agreements.
Perform site inspections for quality control for in house and contract labor.
Reconcile submitted invoices to work completed in the field.
If required, coordinate permitting and make-ready process.
Communicate with Manager or designated delegate to provide updates about construction progress.
Review and process damage claims.
Establish positive employee relations through effective communication and ongoing support.
Adhere to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable.
Perform other duties as requested by manager.
