Qualifications
Education/Experience/Training
•10+ years related work experience is strongly preferred.
•Strong CATV outside plant experience including node splits, plant maintenance (sweep, balance), and retro upgrade to node +0.
•Technical Field Operations management experience.
•Experience in the HFC Access Technology and fiber distribution technologies, standards, and practices.
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1.Achieve assigned productivity target delivering initial service projects and developing incremental service opportunities.
2.Oversee organization of in-house and contractor staff including recruitment, work assignment and deliverable review achieving highest quality and customer satisfaction.
3.Establish procedures for service delivery, documentation and support, testing changes, training staff, and monitoring compliance.
4.Improve service delivery processes and efficiencies to enhance the overall service experience for the customer.
5.Respond to customers’ evolving / developing requirements and expectations around technology solutions.
6.Initiate and attend meetings and training sessions for technical personnel.
7.Prepare and administer the technical expense and project budgets.
8.Other duties and/or responsibilities not specifically set forth above may, however, be assigned as needed.

•Ability to organize, coordinate and manage team.
•Ability to work under pressure and perform multifaceted projects in conjunction with daily activities.

•Strong customer facing and oral presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally in written responses and when submitting reports.
