Qualifications
-5-7 years of directly relevant experience (e.g. fiber optic, installation, troubleshooting, and repair experience).
-Experience working as a field foreman or similar. We will also consider outstanding candidates with experience as a lead technician, supervisor, or similar who is ready to step up to a foreman role.
-Fiber optic placing and splicing experience required; aerial fiber experience is highly preferred.
-Experience with testing equipment and fiber optic power meters

-Willingness to be Union C-Card; Journeyman preferred.
-Your own set of hand tools (screwdrivers, angle cutters, strippers, pliers, knives, nut drivers, etc.). Specialty equipment is provided.
