Qualifications
The fiber technician we need to join our team must have a minimum of 3 years experience. The technician must have strong problem solving and analytical skills. A valid driver's license is required as well.
Other Requirements
All tools, vehicles, fusion splicers,and OTDR's will be provided.
Job Description
The fiber technician we need must be willing to work night or day as some of our responsibilities splicing fiber are scheduled between midnight and 6am. Documentation of all tests must be recorded and submitted in a timely manner. The qualified technician must be willing to follow all safety standards. Staying current with all fiber optic design and splicing processes along with new splicing techniques and tools are required.
