Pay

This is a salaried position with pay based on experience. Benefits kick in after 6 months and include vacation pay, holiday pay, sick days, and performance bonus.

Qualifications

Applicants should have: a minimum 4 years college or technical schooling, 3-5 years experience in management in the telecommunications field, a clear understanding of hybrid fiber coax networks, ability to read and understand customer prints, fluency in Microsoft Office products, a clean MVR, the ability to understand processes and know ones place in them, personnel & personal skills, the ability to lift 30 pounds over their head, the ability to stand on their feet for up to one hour.

Other Requirements

This job is primarily an office position but will require the use of either a company or (reimbursable personal)vehicle for site and customer meetings. All equipment will be either supplied by or reimbursed by company. OSHA 30 required.

Job Description

Receive work from customers determine process for distribution,and dispatch to field supervisors with tentative schedule and projected hand offs throughout entire job process. Jobs may have to be worked on by multiple crews such as MDU, UG, and AE to complete all associated tasks.

The Project Manager will be responsible for scheduling and tracking the job through the entire process from receiving to invoicing. The middle of the process includes: interpreting customer work orders and ensuring there is sufficient information to complete the job without a problem, job walkouts and coordination with builders, job logging, dispatching to the field,coordinating with field supervisors for all departments, order and schedule materials, coordinating access, monitoring the permit process for jobs requiring DOT permits, monitoring manhole entry process and recording and reporting to Verizon or ECS as required, coordinating with builders on new projects to ensure that our schedules are effectively mapped out against those of the builders, reporting to the customers both on work in progress and completed work, QC subcontractor invoices and photos of completed work, some field QC required, job cost estimating off of MSA pricing documents.

Work together with office manager to ensure timely invoicing and payment of vendors and subcontractors.
Work together with administrative assistants to maintain job & field daily databases.
Work together with in house field supervisors to collect information and route through process.
