Skill required: 3/5 years of project management experience. Full knowledge of underground and aerial construction. Must be self-motivated and able to accomplish objectives with accountability. Ability to analyze problems and determine resolution in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Additional skills required: Will manage aerial and underground outside plant construction to include: issuance of work, quality assurance and invoicing to the customer. Includes Commercial and Maintenance Projects.
Will meet with crews, customers, ensure the work flow and customer expectations and time lines are being met. Manage staff and report to the Area Manager. Must have excellent communications and negotiation skills. Must be able to prepare bid responses that include: estimates, schedules and project tracking process. Utilize a variety of systems for the processing and reporting of work activities, documentation of projects through completion. Results driven with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to multi-task while managing the team. Must be computer savvy in working with the Microsoft Excel, and be able to prepare price sheets for invoicing.
