We are seeking highly motivated individuals to oversee technicians and ensure quality service is being performed. This position will oversee the installation, upgrade and repair of residential and commercial cable products and services to our Customer's and Premier's standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Monitor and manage technician productivity within the assigned market to ensure compliance with Premier policies and procedures
Communicate daily with the Warehouse to ensure that the proper equipment is available for installation needs & identify any equipment that is not accounted for that has been issued to a technician on their respected team
Coordinate with Project Manager on daily responsibilities including any VIP Projects
Account for all jobs and verify all daily work that has dropped into default technician numbers
Coordinate with dispatch to ensure all technicians are onsite to their jobs within the scheduled timeframe
Check in with Technicians at the conclusion of each day to ensure all jobs are completed and closed
Show exemplary customer service to customers, corporate leadership, subordinate supervisors and technicians, and ability to instill technicians with professional, customer service driven attitude
Ensure that employees are receiving the appropriate training required to be successful in their roles
Multi-task in fast paced environment. This includes goal setting, production, budgeting, efficiently solving issues with customers, technician scheduling and morale, etc.
Ensure that all technicians are working in a safe manner at all times
Participate in accident investigations with fleet and safety management. Determine degree of preventability and assess opportunities to reduce accident related costs.
Assist with fleet fuel and maintenance programs to ensure proper usage and cost control for operational unit. Ensure that vehicles are serviced, clean and safe to drive
Confirm and verify that all time is being recorded timely and accurately per the company policy
Conduct Job Site Observations and Vehicle Safety Inspections on each technician assigned to their respected team
Perform a QC (Quality Control) on closed work for each technician assigned to their respected team weekly
Assist with work overflow
Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
Each supervisor will carry out their responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.,
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in the telecommunications industry.
Minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience.
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Soft Skills:
Highly organized and detail orientated
Excellent data entry and scheduling skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
Time management skills; deadline adherence is mandatory
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
Must be available to work weekends
