Aerial inhouse Lineman W2 or 1099 your preference

Must have minimum of 5 years aerial construction experience as a lineman building both Fiber and Coax,Have a valid drivers Licence , be able to read and understand prints,be a mature self starter and able to work unsupervised in a safe productive manner, be a strong leader and able to manage a 2 to 4 man aerial crew and and maintain all daily paper work and provide accurate as builts.have strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and public in a professional manner

Must have your own personal hand tools and be a qualified climber.must be willing to relocate to charleston sc. if you have a ground hand with a good drivers licence we will be interested in both of you.

We are a small utility contractor located in Charleston sc that provides construction from the design phase to complete underground,aerial and install of coax and fiber optic cable.we are in need of a qualified ,productive self motivated inhouse lineman interested in making above average money working normal schedule that allows you to be at home every night and most weekends.we typically work mon-fri except on some occasions that traffic or weather require us to do a job at night or on the weekend. we do cover approximately 125 mile radius of our shop. we are interested in hiring a inhouse lineman looking to grow with us and takes pride in what he does.we can pay either W2 or 1099 whichever is best for you. we will provide,truck,truck construction tools and fuel and you provide your personal hand tools to include climbing gear which we can provide a deduct from your pay. if your tired of chasing work from project to project and would like to have a mon-fri position that allows you to have and plan personal and family time and still make above average money for doing so this may be the position for you.we will Lodge you in a hotel for the 30 day probation period to allow us and you to see if this is a good fit for us both and see if you like the area which after that time we will help you with the expense of relocating and getting set up in a permanent residents. most of this work is building business solution fiber wether its ug or aerial from our customer splice point to the communication room.we pay shop hours during rain days and truck maintenance time where you work around the shop to keep your income flowing.we also do filler work with other primes for local cable TV companies which allows us to have little to no down time for our construction crews.if you feel you fit our needs and this sounds interesting to you call or email me to discuss this opportunity.
