Pay
Piece rate depending on experience. Fixed rate for independent crews. Pay is 15 days from submitting an invoice and passing QC.
Qualifications
Foreman must have a strong background in all aspects of underground construction including but not limited to directional boring, missile boring, conduit placement, trenching with mini-ex, handhole, and ped placement. Must be familiar with both CATV prints as well as telephone drawings. Both foreman and laborers must be physically fit and willing to perform under adverse conditions. This work is not for the faint of heart.
Other Requirements
Independent crews need all insurances, TN business license, equipment and design knowledge of CATV prints and telephone drawing. The project is long-term and underway. If you do not have a TN business license, they are inexpensive and easy to get. Takes less than an hour and can be done online.
Job Description
This project is a turnkey operation. We provide our customers with all aspects of aerial and underground construction and activation including AE/UG construction, d-boring, M-boring, trenching, direct bury, conduit placement, rod-rope, vault-ped placement, fiber and coax splicing. There is aerial work available as well.
