Compensation is based on your experience. Will pay as necessary for the right person. Additional compensation if you have coax splicing experience.
Qualifications
Must have experience with aerial construction, knowledge of Spectrum specifications and requirements. COAX SPLICING IS NOT A FIRM REQUIREMENT, BUT A MAJOR PLUS! Understanding coaxial and copper construction is a must. Must have strong communication & computer skills.
Job Description
The purpose of this position is to oversee technicians and ensure quality service is being performed. The Foreman is responsible for project walk-outs, coordination with customer and company management, quality control and general supervision of onsite work.
Must be able to take a job from design and oversee it to completion. Responsible for calling locates and permitting the jobs. Responsible for managing both in-house crews and sub-contractors.
Coordinate with our Corporate Office financial matters involving time cards, in-house and subcontractor pay, and final billing information to Corporate Office for ultimate payment by customer.
Provide excellent customer service to customers, corporate management, subordinate supervisors and technicians.
Ensure Field employees have the proper training, and ppe safety gear for the successful and safe completion of all projects
