Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Installation and/or repair of cable TV, telephone and internet services in accordance to installation specifications
Install and configure all customer equipment for advanced services.
Maintain a clean vehicle and workspace at all times
Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers/supervisors
Excellent customer service skills)
Other Requirements
Must have own tools, and preferably white truck or van . If you do not have a truck, we may be able to lease you one. Also, if you are missing some tools, we are able to help you with that as well. MUST have samsung S8 or S9 work phone
Job Description
•Responsible for installing, relocating, troubleshooting and auditing cable services on the customer’s premise.
•Follows company installation policies.
•Responds to customer requests and answers customer questions in a professional, courteous and effective manner.
•Properly operates and maintains tools and equipment.
•Prepares and maintains reports and other related documentation in accordance with company and departmental policies.
•Maintains, organizes, and stocks vehicle with the proper equipment in order to perform required duties.
Qualifications
•Ability to use basic cable installation tools and hand tools.
•Must be able to lift 80 lbs., work in heights up to 30 ft., and in tight spaces/attics.
•Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
•Individual must have a truck, van, or similar work capable vehicle.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills.
•Must be able to pass a thorough background and drug screenings.
•Flexible work schedule with the ability to work weekends.
•Punctual, regular and consistent attendance record.
•Must be triple play ready with work vehicle, tools, and meter.
