Job Description
Oversee the work of supervisory, administrative and technical teams.
Develop direct reports to meet customer and company expectations.
Maintain daily contact with the customer’s key stakeholders to ensure continual relationship improvement and satisfaction of customer expectations.
Maintain appropriate and adequate communication with operational and corporate staff.
design action plans, and implement plans to avert any degradation of the business unit performance, such as vehicle incidents, property damage, quality issues and customer complaints
Participate in accident investigations with safety management and other field supervisors.
Determine degree of prevent-ability and assess opportunities to reduce accident related costs.
Ensure employee compliance with all company employee, safety, and customer rules and policies by coaching and counseling employees.
Oversee the maintenance programs to ensure proper usage and cost control for operational unit. Ensure that vehicles are serviced, clean and safe to drive.
Participate in regular management performance conference calls.
Create and promote a productive and cohesive team environment by using a participate and interactive management style.
Develop management systems and reports as needed to ensure the timely completion and submission of all required reports and documentation.
