Pay to be determined by experience. experience splicers start at no less than 25.00 per hour and can reach a high of 45. this is all based on years of experience and capabilities.
Qualifications
must be able to splice any and all types of fiber, Use OTDR to the max for trouble shooting. Must be able to read matrix, work with tight time frames for hot cuts, and handle any splice project given. Were looking for the best of the best.
