Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR
• Minimum 4 years' national recruiting experience in a high growth
environment supporting multiple
departments
• Strong personal initiative with solid business acumen, judgment,
discretion and integrity
• Must be internet/research savvy and experienced in mining online
databases, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to manage competing demands with a sense of urgency, while
being extremely adaptable and flexible
• Excellent relationship management, written and oral communication
skills
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
appropriately
• Strong external recruiting network; knowledge and extensive past use of
ATS systems
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
