Job Description
We are Vozzcom, a long time Retention and Recovery vendor for the nations largest MSOs, and we are seeking to hire a System Field Supervisor for our Greensboro, NC offices, servicing Charter Spectrum. The system has two offices and the supervisor will be responsible for both the
Greensboro and Winston Salem offices
Position responsibilities include:
Supervision, administrative support, hiring and training of field staff of up to 15.
Daily Production documentation and weekly equipment return to Client.
Client interface on initiatives, performance, processes, and customer issues.
Interface with Vozzcom Regional Dispatch and Audit.
Field work, as needed.
Meet administrative requirements of the Company and the Client.
This position requires:
3+ years verifiable experience as a supervisor of 8 or more employees.
Experience in the Cable TV Industry is a plus.
Residence in the Greensboro, NC Triad region.
Strong Computer and process experience.
Ability to work a six day week MON - SAT, reporting to Greensboro, NC..
A personal vehicle for use in the position with reimbursement provided.
No criminal background of any kind.
This position offers:
Full time weekly salary position.
Eligible for field work commission.
