We are a Prime Contractor located in CT. We are seeking technicians to install residential FTTH products.

Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen. Preferred Qualifications: the ability to work safely, with or without supervision, the ability to work standing, at shoulder height and overhead, for extended periods, the ability to lift 75 lbs and manipulate lasher and other cable placement equipment, the ability to climb & work aloft, either from a ladder, aerial lift device, or by gaffing, the ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.

Work would involve installing FTTH product in a residential setting. Aerial drop, fiber splicing, equipment placement and testing.

Installations would be both single and two man crews.


Requirements :

* One year experience in CATV, telecommunications, FTTH, alarm system installations a plus
* Must be able to frequently lift 80 lbs., climb heights
* May need to work in attic / crawl spaces
* Must be able to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift throughout each day
* Able to work outside in all types of weather
* Must be able to pass pre-employment testing of a background check, motor vehicle record check and drug test
* Must possess a valid driver's license


Experience is preferred, however we are willing to train the right person for this position.
