•Recent hands-on Experience with OSP aerial & U/G fiber splicing •5+ Yrs Experience with OSP fiber testing, troubleshooting & repair •Experience with large count (432+) mid-sheath entries. Dielectric & armored •Experience with tube splitting, ribbon splitting, ribbonizing & tray-tray fiber transitioning •Experience with both single fusion and mass fusion •Experience in safe operation of bucket truck •Willingness to travel and do occasional night shift work •Willingness to work overtime as needed

•Able to Self-start and Complete Tasks with Minimal Directives •Willingness to follow Company guidelines, policies and procedures •Must have a pleasant personality, a team-work mentality with the ability to explain complex technology simply to customers •Must have a valid drivers' license with no major traffic violations •Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions and be able to: o Lift up to 75 pounds o Climb Ladders o Work in Extreme Weather

Compensation: Based Upon Experience

MHD Communications is an established technology company based in the Tampa Bay area looking for a person who is highly professional, extremely efficient and able to work on a team to complete the following tasks:

Splice, test and troubleshoot U/G, Aerial, ADSS and OPGW fiber optic networks that MHD Communications and its customers maintain. Perform a rapid response to work order requests regarding outages and impairments. Must operate with safe work practices and complete all work-related tasks and assignments with the highest quality, integrity and attention to detail.
