Qualifications
3- 5 years of Management experience in the Telecommunications field. Ability to plan, layout, and supervise the activities of a large working unit involving a large staff of subordinates and crews performing varied tasks. Understand, train and enforce proper documentation of pay activities (work orders, time sheets, As-Built maps/programs, walk-out and pre-con meetings.
Other Requirements
Good knowledge of the hazards incidental to maintenance and construction involved and of the safety measures to be observed

Job Description
Handle customer service with our customers, show leadership qualities, work with other supervisors and crews, and ability to instill professionalism, customer service driven attitude. Coordinate with Project Manager on daily responsibilities including any High Priority Projects.
Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
