Qualifications
Must be able to work 6 day work week, average 60 hours per week. Pass national background check, have valid DL, and pass drug screen. Must have proper training to install and troubleshoot video, data, and voice services. Must maintain valid general liability insurance through the duration of contract.
Other Requirements
Must have own vehicle, hand tools, power tools, specialty tools, test equipment, safety equipment, ladders, and Android Smart phone.
Job Description
Perform installations, upgrades, and repairs of residential and commercial cable products and services.
Must be able to maintain strong performance metrics on install, repeat on service, on time guarantee, whole house check, customer survey, and other key performance factors.
Manage, track, and organize CPE and small Parts.
Must be able to account for and manage usage of all equipment.
Carry out all work performed in the safest possible manner, following all OSHA and industry safety guidelines, standards, and requirements.
