Qualifications
Minimum 5 years supervisor/manager experience. Must know all aspects of coax and fiber construction and troubleshooting, with a track record of increasing responsibilities and success
Other Requirements
Must be able to do projects in a professional manner from start to finish, along with hiring and managing sub contractors and in-house personnel. Valid Driver's License Good Criminal Background. . Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing. Proof of legal residence and ability to work in the U.S. Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills.
Job Description
5 years in the OSP cable industry Understanding of HFC coax/fiber design maps 3+ years in cable construction Experience in pole attachments PS specification knowledge Strong understanding of splicing procedures Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs Strong written and verbal communication skills Responsible for overall telecom fulfillment operation of the Dallas area system from the Hub to the Term Tap or DMark.
Responsibilities
•Creates detailed scope of work documentation.
•Responsible for performing site surveys, creating and updating project schedules.
•Required to track administrative tasks such as issuing work orders, processing permit requests, and preparing quotes and cost estimates to completion.
•Directives to the supervisors so that all deadlines or other issues are completed quickly and effectively.
•Managing all paperwork so all info is documented correctly, all billing issues and insuring all invoices are correct and that the company is invoicing for it as well.
