Qualifications
Must have previous experience doing pole transfers. Must be able to complete each pole 100% which includes pole transfers, raise/lowers, resag, some anchors, drop work, etc.
Other Requirements
Must have own truck and tools. Must be organized and have the ability to take pictures as backup. Must have the ability to measure to the proper point of attachment.
