Job Description

Consulting for the nation's largest telecommunications providers, our goal is to provide our customers a high-quality product paired with great customer service. We have an excellent full-time opportunity for an Administrator to join our Toronto office (Located near the airport, 427 & Finch Ave). Full time hours, benefits, RRSP match program and room for advancement! The administrator role will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative functions as required by daily operations.

Responsibilities to Include:
• Track job completion dates and track work in progress for our Design & Engineering Team
• Basic clerical and administrative duties, filing, preparing electronic forms & documents, data entry, and scheduling
• Work closely with Project Stake holders
• Update and maintain revenue/cost spreadsheets on a weekly basis in Excel
• Assisting with customer inquiries and concerns
• Assisting with various accounting functions, including invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Attributes & Experience:
• Customer service skills/experience
• Self starter
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Must be career-oriented, proactive, accurate, deadline-oriented, service-oriented, punctual and reliable
• Ability to work well with others
• Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Outlook
• AutoCAD an asset, but not a requirement
