Pay
Wages range from $15.00 to $25.00 hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
Looking for applicants experienced with Ditch Witch 20/20 Boring Units, Locating Equipment, (Digi-Trak F-5), and/or Mini Backhoes. Print reading abilities and the ability to lead a crew is also desired. All local work. Very few overnight jobs. After 90 days we have Paid Holidays and Sick Leave. Blue Cross/ Blue Shield Health Insurance is also available at a shared cost with employer. EOE. We do aerial and underground communications and electrical work around the Wichita Area.
Other Requirements
CDL License Desired. Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.

Desired applicants will be operating a host of underground equipment including Directional Boring Units, Locators, Backhoes, Trenchers, Air Compressors, Winches, etc. in a safe and professional manor.
Will need to be able to learn to read and understand plans and Job Prints.
Applicants will be required to drive trucks and trailers, do minor repairs in the field if necessary, lift up to 80 lbs., pull ropes, use shovels and rakes, operate small electrical and gas operated tools, handle Electrical Wiring, Fiber Optic Cables, Coax Cables, Copper Cables, and Conduit.
