Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of Cable TV installation experience, with a track record of ever-increasing responsibilities and success. 1+ years of previous Cable TV residential installation management experience. Strong reasoning, listening and teaching skills Computer software skills, especially Spectrum workforce management software preferred. Heavy emphasis on customer service and communication.

Valid Driver's License Good Criminal Background- No Felonies Ever / No Misdemeanors last 5 years. No court action pending or looming that could result in a felony or misdemeanor. Good Driving Record- limited tickets. Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing. Proof of legal residence and ability to work in the U.S. Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills.

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for overall Cable TV install fulfillment operation of the Dallas area system from the tap to the home. Responsible for providing direction and leadership to fulfillment personnel while maintaining system integrity and overseeing the installation operations. Coordinate and collaborate with our customer's operation personnel, construction, dispatch and warehouse to ensure optimal customer experience. Coordinate and communicate with company and customer field operations management on process and procedural improvement opportunities. Provide reports to company field operations management on activity and results. Responsible for the hiring, training, development and performance of field technicians and staff.
