Job Description
Currently seeking full time, experienced laborers who are looking to join our team in the Telecommunications industry. Successful candidates will assist our construction team with needed material to keep the job progressing efficiently to meet customer needs and satisfaction. All tasks performed will be physical by nature.

Laborer Primary Duties:
• Assist assigned crews (Ariel, Underground, Wireless)
• Lift a minimum of 70lbs on a regular basis
• Must be a team player and able to comply with crew members
• Clean up work site area
• Able to stand and/or bend over for long periods of time
• Provide needed material and tools for crew members
• Job site preparation
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Trench digging
• Able to withstand all types of weather conditions
• Operate hand and power tools
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsibility for the maintenance and storage of tools and equipment
• Maintain a safe work environment
