Qualifications
Must have extensive experience running a Digger derrick and placing poles, Must be able to pass drug test , Must be self motivated and be able to work un supervised, providing daily reports of each job completed.
Other Requirements
Must have your own safety gear , must be able to get your self to work and pay for your self to survive until you get your pay check. General Liability and Workers comp coverage needed. Must have your own climbing gear, We supply the truck , trailer, signs, drill .
Job Description
Looking for a crew who is able to run a digger derrick safely and effectively, Must be strong and able to climb the pole to do the transfer manually or bring your own bucket truck for support.
Crew needs a CDL driver, operator, ground hands, If you don't have a full crew but fit one of these positions let me know as well .
After we get the pole work caught up you will also be given new build and maintenance type work .
Must be Drug fee ( you will be tested) and you must be able to problem solve and get the job done regardless of the situation. Can not have techs sitting idle for simple problems.
We have thousands of poles to place so this is long term work
