Job Description
TelCom Construction is an established national underground utility contractor with growing market presence within the telecommunications industry. We are currently seeking a Field Supervisor for immediate hire to work out of our Blaine, MN location.

Position
The Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day to day operations and job completion of assigned projects and for providing communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Organizing materials, equipment, and labor
Verifying locates, materials and billings
Providing all required job reporting
Completing as-builts and redlines
Actively participating in and taking responsibility for safety,
maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required. Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred. This position also requires good computer skills specifically database software and Excel. Prior experience working with google applications is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. Out of town travel may be required as well as on-call availability. The successful candidate must hold a valid driver’s license with good driving record. Class A CDL license is a plus!
