Job Description
This is a project management position where you will be responsible multiple construction projects.
You will be directly responsible and accountable for the project and staff members/ contractors, ensuring quality control, safety and production numbers are meet and exceeded weakly.
Develop strategies for improving operations, services levels and reducing cost.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget , handle all customer issues onsite.
Once in the field you will be ensuring that any new employee or contractor brought on to the projects are experienced and professional and can complete their tasks correctly with in spec and safely.
You will be working with Aerial and UG construction teams, from New build to Pole placement to directional drilling.
Current projects include but not limited to,
New Coax aerial construction
Pole transfer's
Pole placement/removal
