Pay
Piecework rates available, hourly rates also available based on experience. 401k, Health/Dental/Life/Aflac, Safety Bonuses.
Qualifications
Employee applicants must have drivers license with good MVR and be able to pass drug screen and background check. CDL is a plus, DOT medical card will be required and can be arranged with employment process if not in possession at time of hire. Subcontractors will need to comply with insurance requirements to be provided.
Other Requirements
Employees will need personal hand tools, climbing gear, and transportation to and from work only.
Job Description
Work throughout CT and Carmel, NY areas in our 26th year, looking to add aerial and UG in house and/or subcontract crews for added volume of work from 5 existing major CATV/Telco/Internet Provider customers and more new customers. Aerial work includes newbuild, overbuild, and upgrade CATV construction, extensive fiber placement, pole transfers, make ready, sporadic pole setting and removal work. Underground work includes trenching, plowing, pneumatic boring, hand digging to place new conduit or CIC, rod/rope work in both buried and manhole systems, digging repair pits for Telco splicing repairs, replacement of manhole frame and covers, relocation of cables in road construction jobs. We also provide 24/7/365 emergency services.
