Qualifications
Experience spicing fiber, working in existing cases as well as building new cases. Splicing in pre-terms for installation in racks, as well as Mux installations. Must be able to do night work as well as day work. Knowledge of Coax splicing a plus.
Other Requirements
Ideally, bucket truck, trailer, splicer and OTDR as well as necessary hand tools.
Job Description
This is normal day to day fiber work with Comcast. References are a must. We regularly need fiber splicing services to complete Metro E projects, Node splits as well as other normal business as usual projects. The areas cover an area from Springfield to Danville to Peoria. Call for details.
