Preferred HughesNet certified techs but will train if you have previous satellite experience.
Other Requirements
Must have truck or van, ladder and proper tools for the trade.
Job Description
The HughesNet installation process:
You the installation professional will arrive with all the equipment needed for the new Internet service which we provide.
You will mount the satellite dish on an approved structure that is at least 4 feet off the ground for the safety of small children. This can be done with a roof or wall-mounted bracket.
You then install a coaxial cable jack in the room where the HughesNet system will be housed.
Two exterior RG-6 coaxial cables will be routed from the satellite dish to the coaxial cable jack.
The satellite Internet signal will then be monitored by you. In addition, you will verify that the satellite signal is in working order and ready to use!
