Qualifications
Both the aerial lineman and fiber splicer positions are open to experienced individuals only. This is not a training opportunity. Linemen must be able to be in charge of a crew at start. Must be well versed in all aspects of aerial construction. Splicing not required but preferred. Fiber splicer must also be experienced only. Must be familiar with all aspects of splicing and activating fiber for cable TV companies. Must be familiar with nodes, V Hubs, CWDM, DWDM, Testing.
Other Requirements
Must be able to report to South Plainfield, NJ each morning. Nights and weekends will be needed for outage and highway work as needed.
