Most important skills will be communicating with internal and external teams to make sure all projects are on time and within budget.
Experience Desired:
-Minimum 3 yrs of commercial construction projects management ranging from underground to overhead construction.
-Customer-service oriented & have excellent people skills
-Thorough understanding of plans & specifications
-Comply with & enforce company's safety policies
-Excellent communication, organizational, computer, leadership & prob

Job Description
Technical Skills:
-Must be well versed in fiber and telecommunications technology.
-Able to read Designs, Splice and Balance coax plant, Walk out and bid projects
-CDL preferred, but not required
-Full comprehension of construction plans in order to supervise successful completion of operations
-Highly organized and detail orientated
-Ability to think analytically and apply sound judgment, solve problems, make effective decisions, and act with integrity
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
-Time management skills; must be able to meet deadlines
-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Physically:
-Must be able to pass background checks ( No Misdemeanors in past 5 yrs and Felonies in the past 10 yrs) and drug tests.
-Individuals must have a valid driver's license and driving record meeting the company policy requirements.
-Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 50 lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes
-Must be able to climb and work off of ladders
Communication both verbal and written are essential. Good Communication is critical to keeping all teams informed.
