Qualifications
Must have experience to lead an Aerial construction crew. We do our own work for our own plant. We have over a year of backlog so no layoff or short weeks. Must have great communication skills and experience in training new hands. Opportunity to lead multiple crews as we build our staff. We are only looking for drug free people looking for long term employment.
Other Requirements
You only need your own small hand tools. Company provides everything else.
