*Valid driver's license
*Proven customer service skills and a strong work ethic
*Open to the possibility of working overtime, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
*All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Hand drill, all other tools are provided.
Job Description
Installer Technicians Job Duties:
*Provide high levels of customer service to all customers and business partners.
*Plan installations by evaluating locations, locating appropriate access, laying out equipment, and following wiring plans.
*Ability to install and/or repair cable TV, High-Speed Data or Digital Services inside and outside of residential and commercial buildings.
*Perform upgrades, downgrades, pre-wiring and dwelling installations.
*Install drops, outlets, converters, cable modems, digital terminals and other cable system devices.
*Measure, record, and determine cable signals.
*Troubleshoot existing services and elevate installations based on quality control standards.
*Maintain, secure and account for equipment inventories.
*Prepare regular, accurate, legible, and timely cable system records.
*Accurately educate customers on the use and functions of their services.
*Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety practices.
*Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and peers.
